OREANDA-NEWS. IDGC of Centre, PJSC paid dividends on ordinary shares for 2014. The payment completed within the period prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Articles of Association of IDGC of Centre, PJSC and the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (Minutes # 01/15 dated 26.06.2015).

Dividends, approved for payment, on the basis of resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2014 amounted to 831 693 thousand rubles, or 25.01% of net profit under RAS by the end of 2014. The amount of dividend, accrued on one ordinary share, amounted to 0.0197 rubles. The list of persons entitled to receive dividends, was recorded on July 07, 2015.

The agent for the payment of dividends is the holder of the register of shareholders of IDGC of Centre, PJSC - "RN-Register" LLC.

The total amount of dividends paid on shares of IDGC of Centre, PJSC is 825 130 thousand rubles as of 11.08.2015. Thus, at that date, the Company complied with its obligation to pay dividends to shareholders at 99.21% with the exception of cases in which the issuer is not liable in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 44 of Federal Law dated 26.12.1995 #208-FZ "On Joint-Stock Companies": the dividends were not paid to those shareholders of IDGC of Centre, PJSC, who not promptly informed the register of shareholders of IDGC of Centre, PJSC or a depository, where they opened their depot account, about changes of their data. Dividends, not transferred to shareholders in the absence of complete information in forms of registered persons, will be transferred by the Company upon receipt of details for the payment of debt and requests of shareholders to the issuer demanding their payment.

IDGC of Centre, PJSC annually pays dividends, strictly observing shareholders’ rights stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Articles of Association and internal documents of the Company. The company’s management is confident that the implemented dividend policy is primarily aimed at improving the investment attractiveness of the Company. The dividend yield, compared to the year of 2014, increased by 6.81 percentage points and amounted to 7.62%.
