Centras Securities receives warning for committing administrative violation
OREANDA-NEWS. Centras Securities JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), being the managing company of the interval unit investment trust "Eurobonds fund", whose units are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

... of receiving on August 10, 2015 of Protocol No. 150000803001796 of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative violation (incompliance with requirements of item 19 of the Rules of execution of brokerage and (or) dealing activities on the securities market, approved by a resolution No. 9 of Management Board National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 3, 2014).
The Company has committed an administrative violation expressed in multiple (two and more times during twelve consecutive calendar months) violation by a professional participant of the securities market of requirements set by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for their activities, responsibility for which is provided for in article 262 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code.
