OREANDA-NEWS.  Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) JSC (Oskemen), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the partial default on payment of the tenth coupon interest on its infrastructure bonds KZ2C0Y23B676 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, buffer category, DTJLb1).

In the said letter Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) states as follows:

"...Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (hereinafter – DTZ) on August 11, 2015 through its payment agent, ATF Bank JSC, made partial payment of coupon interest to the amount of 80% of the accrued interest due for the 10th coupon period to all holders of bonds NIN KZ2C0Y23B676. By letter No. 5-2-2/23783 of August 11, 2015 ATFBank JSC notified of interest payment to holders of DTZ JSC bonds on August 11, 2015 to the amount of KZT1,229,242,400.40.

At the same time, we inform you that in accordance with terms of the Company's bonded loan, DTZ JSC failed to meet obligations in time set in the issue prospectus of bonds (NIN KZ2C0Y23B676).

Based on the above-mentioned, as of August 15, 2015 default of DTZ JSC on payment of interest due for the tenth coupon period occurs. The amount of debt makes up KZT307,310,600.10".

According to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) was due to pay the tenth coupon interest from August 2 to August 14, 2015.
