OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has raised its reliability rating on RSHB-Insurance CJSC to ‘AAA’. The company was assigned NRA’s individual reliability rating of ‘AA-’ in 2013. In 2014, the rating was raised to ‘AA+’.

The rating upgrade reflects the insurer’s improved market position and strengthening profitability and solvency metrics. NRA also notes RSHB-Insurance’s well-balanced insurance portfolio, supportive owner, extensive regional network and low loss ratio (72% as of July 1, 2015).

Rating weaknesses include the insurer’s concentrated customer base and poorly diversified investment portfolio with Rosselkhozbank JSC accounting for 100% of its total value as of July 1, 2015.
