OREANDA-NEWS. The AXA Group announces several executive appointments.

Jérôme Droesch is appointed CEO of AXA Partners, a new entity in charge of building international partnerships. Currently CEO of AXA Gulf, he will report to Nicolas Moreau, member of the AXA Group Management Committee and Chairman & CEO of AXA France.

Serge Morelli is appointed Deputy CEO of AXA Partners in charge of development , in addition to his role as C hairman & CEO of AXA Assistance.

Jad Ariss is appointed CEO of AXA’s activities of the Middle East , the Gulf region and Africa. Currently CEO of AXA Entrepris es and deputy CEO of AXA France , he will report to Jean - Laurent Granier, member of the AXA Group Manag ement Committee and CEO of the Mediterranean and Latin America region .

Gaëlle Olivier is appointed CEO of AXA Entreprises, replacing Jad Ariss. Currently CEO of AXA Asia P&C , she will report to Nicolas Moreau.

Jean Drouffe is appointed CEO of AXA Asia P&C , replacing Gaëlle Olivier. Currently CEO of the West R egion of AXA France, h e will report to Jean - Louis Laurent Josi, member of the AXA Group Management Committe e & CEO of AXA Asia.

Cédric Mathorel is appointed CEO of the West R egion of AXA France , replacing Jean Drouffe . Currently Head of P&C product & pricing at AXA Particuliers Professionels , he will report to Matthieu Bébéar, CEO of AXA Par ticuliers Professionels at AXA France .

Stéphane Guinet , currently CEO of AXA Global Direct , is appointed CEO of K amet , a new InsurTech incubator . Following this appointment , Xavier Veyry , currently CEO of AXA Global Direct Asia, is appointed CEO of AXA Global Direct. He will remain based in Asia (Shanghai) in this new role. Stéphane and Xavier will both report to Nicolas Moreau.

George Stansfield, Member of the AXA Group Executive Committee and Head of Group Human Resources , noted : “ T he se appointments demonstrate the strength of AXA’s management teams and the deep bench of executive talent we have been able to build across the Group over the past years . We are fortunate to have executives of this caliber with the breadth of experience an d leadership capabilities required to take up these critical roles for the future. These appointments will be effective as of January 1 st , 2016.
