OREANDA-NEWS. UniCredit Bank finished sixth in the rating of bank deposits reliability according the "Standard-Rating" agency, thereby climbing two ranks up compared with the previous version of the ranking.

To compile the rating, the "Standard-Rating" agency thoroughly analyzed more than 20 factors, including quarterly financial statements of banks and their compliance dynamics. The ranking for the second quarter of 2015 featured 70 banks out of 127 solvent institutions in the market.

The final list of 20 banks with the highest score of deposits reliability traditionally featured banks with foreign capital, Ukrainian state financed banks and some private banks with Ukrainian capital.

Notably the reliability and stability of UniCredit Bank were emphasized in various ratings by "50 Leading Banks", "Forbes" and "Biznes" magazines. In addition, the reputable British magazine Euromoney named UniCredit as the best bank in Central and Eastern Europe in 2014.
