As part of the connection process of one of the largest elevators in Russia power engineers of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division reconstructed the 35/10 kV Substation "Solidarity" and installed a high voltage commercial metering point at the balance participation boundary.

Power supply for up to 1,000 kW allowed to equip the elevator with modern equipment and use cutting-edge technology of processing of agricultural products.

The elevator is the first facility of the future agro-industrial complex in the SEZ "Yeletsprom". In the future there will be a number of such large facilities as a complex for growing, slaughtering and processing of poultry; a feed mill and a modern logistics centre with the capability to store up to 50 thous. tons of frozen products. The complex, including all technological cycles, is designed and built taking into account the current regulations of the European Union, which will in future allow to conduct the certification of production for exports. Meanwhile, construction and operation of the project will meet the latest environmental standards, ecological protection and safety.

Construction of new facilities in the SEZ "Yeletsprom" will give a powerful impetus to the development of agriculture not only in the region but throughout the Central Federal District, will make a significant contribution to food security of Russia, as well as improving quality of life through the creation of more than four thousand additional jobs.
