Production of LADA Vesta was launched (PHOTO)

OREANDA-NEWS. On September 25th, 2015 at the production site of JSC "AVTOVAZ» - LADA Izhevsk it was started the mass production of the sedan LADA Vesta.

LADA Vesta - is the first truly new Russian car for the last decade, developed in Togliatti by using the most advanced technologies in the areas of comfort, safety, ergonomics and chassis settings.

The new car will be equipped with AvtoVAZ petrol engines of 1.6 liters with a capacity of 87, 106 and 114 hp.

Start of sales of LADA Vesta is scheduled for November 25, 2015. The first buyers may become residents of 22 cities, in which there are 60 of the best dealerships of LADA.

In March of 2015 the head of AvtoVAZ said that the preliminary price of Vesta is from 500-550 thousand rubles.

LADA Vesta - is 1484 parts and 200 suppliers. At the beginning of the assembly the localization rate is 71%, there are plans to bring it to 85%. However, 60% of the car is created in Togliatti.
