Whereas, all land owners will be informed about appeals to their data. This decision, the officials assure, would ensure the legitimate rights and interests of citizens to obtain information.

In addition, the Ministry of Justice is to expand an access to the registries it operates. The Ukrainian citizens will have an ability to get information concerning relevant property by person’s name and this initiative is particularly aimed at disclosing data about the property in possession of public servants.

"Each citizen will have a chance to find out about the property in ownership of civil servants. It is a good anti-corruption control. At the same time, it is a sign of transparency and openness of the current government and the fact that we are open to dialogue with civil society", the Government officials emphasize.
