KazTransGas Aimak issues bonds to the amount of KZT5.0 bn
OREANDA-NEWS. KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the
Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:
"... on issue on September 29, 2015 of bonds to the total amount of KZT5 bn, as part of the medium-term bond program to the amount of KZT30.5 bn. These bonds of format of Rules S of the US Securities Act were issued with coupon rate of 7.5% APR, which is paid twice a year, with circulation term 10 years. The bonds were assigned rating "ВВВ-(EXP)" (Fitch Ratings)".
