OREANDA-NEWS. Tele2, an alternative mobile operator, and the Rapida service have launched the pay-by-phone parking service for Moscow.

Tele2 subscribers in Moscow may pay their parking lots in the Moscow streets and road network by sending SMS. The service is introduced in cooperation with the Rapida payment system that serves as a processing centre for settlements.

To pay for the parking, subscriber needs to send an SMS to 7757 with the following text: number of parking lot*car registration number*number of hours from 1 to 24 (for ex. 1002*o777oo177*2). The cost of one parking hour is set in accordance with the Moscow government rates. Funds on the subscriber account are used for the payment of parking lots in Moscow).

It is very important that residents of a large city could use all their usual applications on their smartphone, and the “Moscow Parking” app became vital to most of us. We launched the pay-by-phone parking service simultaneously with the beginning of Moscow operations.
