OREANDA-NEWS. Thanks to one-time identification, clients can receive a unique five-digit code that provides access to their details. Using the code you can check your account balance and last five transactions, block your card, get a Sberbank Online ID reminder and receive support from a consultant. The Client Code replaces the previous identification procedure where clients had to provide passport details and a security code.

To receive your code, simply call Sberbank's Single Distributed Contact Centre (SDCC) on 8-800-555-555-0 and provide the specialist with your card number, security code and passport details.

For detailed information about receiving and using a Client Code, please consult the Sberbank website.

"This new service allows us to cut call waiting time and helps us provide clients with a faster and higher quality service, commented Leonid Kramarenko, Director of the SDCC Development Department at Sberbank. "Soon it will be possible to use the Client Code to find out about loans and deposits, and clients will be able to receive their code from Sberbank's self-service devices."

"Focusing on clients is one of Sberbank's key priorities," said Yana Pavlova, Director of Sberbank's Customer Relations Department. "By introducing this new user-friendly service we are continuing to adhere to our client-centric business model."

Every day Sberbank's SDCC talks to more than 300,000 clients. Sberbank clients who use the services of MTS, Beeline or MegaFon can call 900 to reach the Bank's contact centre free of charge from anywhere in Russia.
