OREANDA-NEWS. Lincoln will soon launch a new test drive program in partnership with DiDi, China’s largest transportation solution provider with over 200 million users in more than 400 cities.

When the program launches, DiDi customers in Shanghai will be able to use the DiDi app to book a test drive for the Lincoln MKZ, MKC, and MKX at a location of their choosing. Potential customers will be met by drivers trained by DiDi and Lincoln.

“The partnership is an extension of our one-size-fits one approach allowing customers the flexibility to test drive one of our products at a time and place that best suits their needs,” said Robert Parker, president, Lincoln China. “As we continue to expand our Lincoln dealer network to new cities across China, our innovative partnership with DiDi will expand bringing The Lincoln Way directly to customers.”

The new DiDi partnership augments Lincoln’s innovative new luxury automotive purchase and ownership experience, The Lincoln Way, to more customers.

Customers who use DiDi to schedule their test drive will be greeted by a highly knowledgeable driver who can answer questions about the vehicles features and benefits. In addition to Lincoln’s refined interiors and cutting-edge technologies, Lincolns used in the DiDi partnership will feature refreshments, snacks and complimentary Lincoln branded gifts. Portable chargers will also be provided for users to charge their gadgets. During the winter, the seats and steering wheel will be heated in advance, and during the rainy season, customers will be provided umbrellas. Each small gesture is a demonstration of Lincoln’s commitment to ensure personalized service tailored to the customer’s individual needs.
