National Bank approves report on results of AsiaCredit Bank shares offering for period from April 2 to October 1, 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. AsiaCredit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of December 9, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering of the bank's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of the bank's shares in the period from April 2 to October 1, 2015;
- during the reported period no shares of the bank were offered; as of October 1, 2015 2,095,936 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced; its share capital equaled to KZT16,904,064,000.00.
