Zhaikmunai receives statements of claim
OREANDA-NEWS. Zhaikmunai LLP (Oral), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

On January 11, 2016 Zhaikmunai LLP received a statement of claim from a former employee of Zhaikmunai LLP requesting to re-employ him and a statement of claim from BRANCO ETERA LTD LLP with a request to acknowledge as invalid actions of Zhaikmunai LLP with regard to assignment of some contracts.
The management considers those claims unjustified and unable to affect investors' interests.
