OREANDA-NEWS. Good Energy, the AIM quoted renewable electricity supplier and generator, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded second place in the 2016 Which? energy company customer satisfaction survey for the second year running, with a score of 81%.

Which? is the largest consumer body in the UK and its annual customer satisfaction survey provides consumers with an impartial way to compare and rate UK gas and electricity suppliers on their customer service across all aspects of their business, from billing to energy efficiency advice.

Good Energy has consistently won high ratings in the annual Which? energy company customer satisfaction survey, coming first or second place over the last five years, ahead of the Big Six energy suppliers.  

The Company has also recently performed well in the Martin Lewis MoneySavingExeprt.com customer satisfaction polls, coming top in the three most recent on-line surveys.
