Bank of Russia: On termination of activity of provisional administration (1/19/2016)

OREANDA-NEWS. Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 21 December 2015, with regard to case No. А40-220054/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Regional Savings Bank (limited liability company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3367, date of registration — 11 April 2001) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-108, dated 18 January 2016) to terminate from 19 January 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Regional Savings Bank (limited liability company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3100, dated 10 November 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Commercial Bank Regional Savings Bank (Limited Liability Company) or CB RSB LLC (the city of Moscow) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
