On Termination of Provisional Administration of Rosenergo-LIfe
OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-151, dated 21 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took the decision to terminate from 21 January 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the Insurance Company Rosenergo-LIfe, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1400; location: 20 Sizova Street, Barnaul, Altai Territory, 656049; address according to the unified state register of legal entities: apt. 212, 36 Krasnoarmeiskiy Prospekt, Barnaul, Altai Territory; TIN: 2225013362; PSRN: 1032202160540).
The provisional administration of the Company was appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1946, dated 4 August 2015, for a term of six months. Dmitry Shitoyev, a receiver, member of the non-profit partnership Interregional Self-regulatory Organisation of Professional Receivers (address: bldg. 8, 29 Leninskiy Prospekt. Moscow, 119071) was approved as head of the provisional administration.
The decision on early termination of the activity of the provisional administration of the Company was taken following the achievement of goals of the provisional administration and implementation of the set tasks.
