OREANDA-NEWS. A conference of the employees of PJSC TATNEFT, which summed up the results of the Company's activities and fulfillment of the Collective Agreement for 2015 and outlined the tasks for the current year, was held in the city of Almetyevsk (Republic of Tatarstan).

The annual event was attended by Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, Shafagat Takhautdinov, Assistant to President of the Republic of Tatarstan on the oil industry issues, Rinat Sabirov, Assistant to the President of Tatarstan, heads of the Company's structural divisions and subsidiaries and oil service companies of the Republic.

A report on the results of the TATNEFT activities in 2015 was delivered to the delegates of the conference by Nail Ibragimov, First Deputy General Director for Production - Chief Engineer of PJSC TATNEFT.

he announced In his speech key performance indicators. In 2015 PJSC TATNEFT produced 26 million 926 thousand tonnes of crude oil. The production volume of the TATNEFT Group of Companies amounted to 27 million 248 thousand tonnes.

The volume of collected associated gas increased by 1.8 per cent..

Nail Ibragimov pointed out in his report that in the reporting year the Company drilled 917,000 meters of rock. The Company commissioned 352 new production wells. Work continued on the introduction of new technological and organizational solutions aimed at reducing the cost and improving the quality of wells’ construction and repair. In 2015, the Company produced 6.833 million tonnes of oil, accounting for over 25% of the total produced volume through application of tertiary methods of enhanced oil recovery.

There was more than 8.6 million tons of oil processed at the TANECO Complex with the yield of 1.4 million tons of the "Euro- 5" diesel fuel. This product won the contest “Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" and became one of the 100 best goods of Russia.

Development of tire production was dynamic. The SSC Tire Factory built using advanced international experience during 5 years of operation produced 3 million solid steel cord tires. The share Nizhnekamsk Factory in the total output of SSC tires in Russia today accounts for 72 percent.

Execution of the import substitution program for the main business areas of the Company’s activities also yielded positive results.

As the Chief Engineer of PJSC TATNEFT stressed, in 2016 the Company team would be facing the task of implementing the action programs aimed at the long-term build-up of crude oil production while reducing the overheads, which would increase the Company's business profitability and its financial and economic stability.

Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the PJSC TATNEFT’s Trade Union Committee, presented to the audience the results of the PJSC TATNEFT’s Collective Agreement fulfillment in 2015 and the draft of the Collective Agreement for 2016. The efforts of trade union activists were focused on the compliance with the current legislation and avoidance of conflict situations in the exercise of the Collective Agreement. The Trade Union Committee worked closely with the administration of TATNEFT and its structural divisions. The Trade Union Committee of PJSC TATNEFT and trade union committees of structural divisions systematically monitored the quality of workplace safety, organization of working time and rest, timely payment of wages, vacation granting and the quality of the hot meals served at the workplace.

Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, addressed the participants of the conference with a closing speech. Concerning the future prospects of the Company, Nail Maganov stressed that the work should be organized taking into account all the latest trends and risks, directing the Company’s efforts to the implementation of priority tasks, including profitable crude oil production, oil refining and petrochemistry. The TATNEFT’s development vector is still focused on innovation, scientific and technological achievements, import substitution and the efficiency improvement at every site and every workplace.

According to the General Director, TATNEFT Company will continue to work in the field of resource conservation, improving productivity, introducing "lean production" tools and process management along the entire perimeter of the Company. The Company’s priorities also include improvement of the working conditions, as well as implementation of the commitments set forth in the Collective Agreement.

The conference delegates adopted the Collective Agreement for 2016, as changed and amended.
