On Appointment of Provisional Administration to Insurance Company
OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-237, dated 28 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 28 January 2016 the provisional administration to the joint-stock company HEPHAESTUS Insurance Joint-stock Company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 1641; location: 5 Troitskaya Street, Moscow 129090, TIN 7713101131; PSRN 1027739214777; hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the improper fulfillment by the Company of its solvency restoration plan.
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Alexander M. Pastushkov, receiver (mailing address: P.O.Box 3430, Rostov-on-Don 344022), member of SRO SEMTEK non-profit partnership (P.O.Box 139, Moscow 129626), has been approved as a head of the provisional administration.
