OREANDA-NEWS. Inland Homes plc, a leading brownfield regeneration specialist and housebuilder, has appointed Gary Skinner as a Managing Director of Inland Ltd, its main operating subsidiary, to directly oversee the Company's construction activities and project delivery.

Gary joins Inland Homes from Willmott Dixon Housing, where he was a Board Director and spent nine years, most recently as Director of Operations overseeing the complete operational delivery of circa 800-1000 units per annum. During his time at Willmott Dixon he was responsible for over ?500 million of residential development, including the ?83 million development of Tesco in Woolwich, together with 259 apartments; the ?75 million Rayners Lane Regeneration, comprising over 600 units; and Bagleys Lane, Chelsea, a ?19 million development of 109 units.

Previous to Willmott Dixon, Gary worked at George Wimpey for over seven years, in both the South London and East London divisions, latterly as a Production Director responsible for site delivery. During this time, Gary oversaw an average of 16 sites at any one time, many of which were bespoke.
