OREANDA-NEWS. CH2M announced the appointment of Shelie Gustafson, 51, to the position of chief human resources officer to lead the company’s global human resources organization. CH2M employs approximately 25,000 employees in 50+ countries.

Shelie brings tremendous experience to this role along with strong knowledge of our company, our culture and the clients we serve.” 

Gustafson joined CH2M in 2007 as human resources director for the operations and maintenance business group. In 2009, Gustafson was appointed vice president, global human resources delivery overseeing human resources in CH2M’s domestic and international regions, including North and South America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, India and Europe. During her tenure at CH2M, she successfully led the human resources team in the integration of several acquisitions.  

Gustafson holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Regis University and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Colorado. She is accredited as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and global professional in human resources (GPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
