A member of the Global Leadership Team at Western Union, Molnar will report to the Compliance Committee of The Western Union Company Board of Directors, and to John R. Dye, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Western Union.

In her twenty years of experience as an attorney and compliance officer, Molnar has focused her practice on AML / CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery / Corruption, Consumer Protection, Fraud and Litigation Defense.

Molnar has a strong record leading large international teams in the successful development of global AML programs across multiple jurisdictions, and has been integral in continuing to foster and strengthen a culture of compliance at Western Union.

Prior to joining Western Union in 2013 as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, Molnar held senior compliance roles at Toronto Dominion Bank Group and Wells Fargo & Company, and practiced law at Gibson Dunn and Latham & Watkins in Silicon Valley, California and at Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney, Australia.

A member of the Western Union Women in Leadership Advisory Panel, Molnar received her Doctor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Education from the University of Hawaii and teaches AML Compliance Law at the William S. Richardson School of Law in Honolulu. Earlier in her career she was a teacher and school principal.
