The Convergys sites in Charlotte are expanding its operations to include sales support and customer service roles for major clients in multiple industries. These positions are full-time opportunities, offering a variety of shifts available for days, evenings and weekends with shift differentials. Part-time opportunities are available for nights and weekends as well.

Convergys will be holding job fairs at both locations from 10AM – 7PM, on Tuesday, March 22. Convergys is located at 8600 McAlpine Park Drive Charlotte, NC 28211 and 10101 Claude Freeman Drive, Charlotte NC  28262

The job fairs will include a radio remote with prize giveaways, Dress for Success seminar, resume skill building, and call center 101. Call Center 101 will give you an insight of what being a customer service representative does. This class will be conducted by the site leader.
