OREANDA-NEWS. Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC; headquarters: Nagoya City; President: Jun Karube) and Bollre SA, a French conglomerate (Bollore; Director General: Cyrille Bollore) signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) regarding comprehensive collaborations to seek for new business in Africa and worldwide.

Bollore is the No.1 logistics provider in Africa having developed and being operating multiple international sea ports and railway services, and its business wing in Europe ranges to media, communication and electronic vehicle operations. It is also established in Japan since 1977.

TTC is a Japan based general trading and investment firm in Energy, Infrastructure, Machinery, Vehicle distribution and logistics, it's group has the No.1 business network in Africa.

Both parties recognize each other as major and significant business players in Africa in their respective business fields, and aim under the LOI, to enhance and secure their foundation as Africa's number one position by the joint business development in various fields including infrastructure and logistics. The collaboration does not limit to Africa only but also worldwide.
