OREANDA-NEWS In Yakutia, due to the overturning of a fuel tanker, there was a spill of petroleum products. This is reported by the Republican Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Telegram channel.

A Shacman tanker truck with a semi-trailer was involved in an accident on the road. The volume of the spill is now being clarified, the ministry added.

"The traffic police of the Tomponsky district worked at the scene of the accident, there were no injuries," the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. They added that employees of the Tomsk State Environmental Supervision Committee will arrive at the scene as reinforcements.

Earlier, two ships collided in the Rostov region. One of them was heading to Turkey, the second was going to Rostov—on-Don from Azov. There was no oil spill.
