OREANDA-NEWS. September 08, 2016. Air Canada announced today new daily non-stop flight between Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport and Vancouver beginning on February 6, 2017. Air Canada will operate the Dallas Fort Worth to Vancouver route under its Air Canada Express brand.

"We are pleased to see Air Canada expand on its existing service with this new flight to Vancouver," said John Ackerman, executive vice president for Global Strategy and Development at DFW Airport. "This new service offers customers additional travel choices to one of North America's most picturesque cities, as well as additional travel options for customers wanting quick access to Western Canada and points beyond from Air Canada's Vancouver hub."

Air Canada currently serves DFW with daily flights to Toronto from Terminal E, and the new Vancouver flights will also operate out of Terminal E. The Air Canada flights will be originating from a newly renovated section of Terminal E, which features a variety of concession options to further enhance the overall customer experience. Some of the newly opened concessions include Love Shack, Texas celebrity chef Tim Love's burger joint at E11, along with Marshall-Rousso, offering women's fashion at E12, and Camille's Ice Cream Bars located at E13.

Air Canada will connect DFW and Vancouver utilizing 75-seat, Wi-Fi equipped CRJ-705 aircraft, offering both Business and Economy cabins of service as well as in-flight entertainment at every seat.
