OREANDA-NEWS. July 08, 2016. As we enter the second half of 2016, the first round of ACA reporting is finally in the rearview mirror. Looking forward, the 95% compliance threshold is officially in effect, and many employers are anxious to understand the compliance requirements and steps they can take to minimize risk and avoid penalties. Gone are the days when extensions were available and a “good faith effort” was enough. The stakes are much higher for the upcoming reporting season, and knowing how to navigate the ever-changing ACA landscape has never been more important.

In this timely session, Lewis and Taylor will provide an overview of employers’ lessons learned during the first year since the Employer Mandate took effect, and how organizations can apply that insight moving forward. They will also shed light on what’s to come, and draw upon their experience in helping hundreds of employers with Health Care Reform compliance to provide a better understanding of how the ACA can impact your organization and its employees. They’ll discuss ways in which you can avoid compliance pitfalls as well as best practices for managing ACA requirements.
