OREANDA-NEWS.  Russian cosmonauts at the International Space Station (ISS) are preparing for a new stage of work to eliminate the place of an air leak. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of RSC Energia (Roscosmos).

It is noted that we are talking about eliminating leaks in the Zvezda module. The corresponding plan of repair and restoration work will be worked out on Monday, March 8.

The cosmonauts are consulting with the mission control center near Moscow.

According to the press service, the radiogram of further actions will be carefully studied, the necessary equipment for processing the module surface, applying sealant and a patch will be prepared.

Earlier it was reported that the cosmonauts repaired a crack in the Russian ISS module.
