OREANDA-NEWS.Ural Airlines will make four charter flights to India for the export of Russians from April 4 to 8, the company’s press service told the Russian media on Thursday.

On Wednesday, the Federal Air Transport Agency reported that Ural Airlines was invited to make a number of charter flights to the cities of Trivandrum, Chennai, Goa and Calcutta to transport Russian tourists who could not return to the country due to restrictions associated with the coronavirus pandemic. Ural Airlines supported the initiative of the Federal Air Transport Agency - the Federal Air Transport Agency in organizing evacuation flights.

Earlier, the company announced the suspension of flights from Russia to the cities of Austria, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Uzbekistan, Germany, Spain, Italy, India, Israel, China, Thailand, France and Japan, as well as Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan , Armenia and Montenegro. At the same time, about 10 thousand Russians were already exported from foreign countries.
