OREANDA-NEWS. April 28, 2008. President Vladimir Putin has awarded the Order of Friendship to Finnish Governor Eino Olavi Siuruainen.

Mr Siuruainen has been awarded the decoration for his great contribution to building friendly relations between the peoples of Russia and Finland.
