OREANDA-NEWS. On May 2, the Prime Minister of Georgia Vladimer Gurgenidze was in Guria. He visited the tea processing factories in the towns of Ozurgeti and Lanchkhuti. The Lanchkhuti facility is considerably smaller and therefore, it is designed only for the local market whereas in the Ozurgeti plant approximately 1300 persons will find jobs and the production will be exported to the world markets. At present, the rehabilitation works are undergoing there and the production process will start in about a month.

Both facilities are candidates for cheap credits.

– “We are not sparing efforts to allocate cheap credits in all regions of Georgia. It should also be noted that cheap credits will be available for large as well as small-scale enterprises,” – Vladimer Gurgenidze asserted.

During his trip in Guria, the prime minister was accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture Bakur Kvezereli.
