OREANDA-NEWS. June 23, 2008. The summer parade of newly-constructed building is continued. This Saturday young citizens of Ashkhabad moved to the new kindergartens and 102 families of Ashkhabad received the apartments in the newly-built 12-storey comfortable houses.

The Gunesh kindergarten was built at the request of the State Customs Service by the Efor Company (Turkey). The two-storey complex of buildings amounted to about US\\$ 4 million sprang up on Independence Avenue. The 160-seat building includes the spacious and light rooms for classes, games and recreation, bedrooms and classrooms supplied with the language and computer equipment. There are 2 open and covered swimming pools, covered playground and musical rooms with the national musical instruments. On the holidays and celebrations the young hosts and their guests will gather in a big assembly hall.

The designers and architects used the sculptures of animals to decorate the building and yard of the kindergarten. There are 2 fountains in front of the building and eight pavilions with the red tiled roofs symmetrically placed in the yard

The Turkish designers and architects of the Alp-San Company created the comfortable conditions for the young hosts of the 160-seat kindergarten built at the request of the Ministry of Finance. The cozy children’s town sprang up on Neutrality Avenue. The rooms are equipped with children’s gym apparatuses. There are the computer rooms and language laboratories, where children will study Turkmen, Russian and English. It is the sixth preschool institutions put into operation in Ashkhabad within the past year and half months.

This Saturday the house warming parties were celebrated in the comfortable apartment houses built by the Sehil Company (Turkey). The high-rise 48 apartment house amounted to about US\\$ 8.5 million was built at the request of the State Customs Service. 54 families moved to the apartment house built nearby by the Turkish company at the request of the Ministry of Finance. The house amounts to over US\\$ 9 million.
