OREANDA-NEWS. July 7, 2008. President Ilham Aliyev attended the Summit of Heads of State who participated in the celebration of 10th anniversary of Astana.

President Ilham Aliyev attended in Astana a meeting of Heads of State who gathered in the Kazakh capital for its tenth anniversary celebration.

During the meeting, Kazakh leader Nursultan Nazarbayev awarded the presidents with “Astana`s 10th anniversary” medal.

The heads of state had an exchange of views.

They also had their photo taken together.
