OREANDA-NEWS. Yevgeny Davydovich will be appointed CEO of B&N Bank following confirmation of his candidacy by the Central Bank of Russia.

"We decided to appoint an experienced top manager from outside the Bank in order to improve the effectiveness of the Bank’s corporate governance. Yevgeny Davydovich has extensive management experience in the banking business. The priority tasks of the new CEO will be to form a management system in accordance with best international practices, to improve the balance sheet structure and to improve the Bank’s ratings," commented Mikhail Gutseriev, B&N Bank’s Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Yevgeny Davydovich was born in 1974 in the Far East of Russia (Primorye Territory). He holds degrees in production management and in banking. He is married with four children.

Mr. Davydovich started in banking in 1997, working his way up from Senior Economist in the Securities & Investments Department to CEO. In 2010, he was invited to join Svyaznoy Group to develop Svyaznoy Bank. In 2013, he was appointed CEO of Svyaznoy Bank and, in 2016, President of Svyaznoy Group.
