OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A+' rating to Brownsville, Ore.'s general obligation refunding bonds, series 2016. The outlook is stable.

"The rating reflects our view of the city's rural underlying economy and very strong reserve levels," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Jen Hansen.
