Caspi Neft Intends to Pay of Dividends on Rrdinary Shares Due for 1H 2015
OREANDA-NEWS. Caspi Neft (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:
"Following the decisions of Precious Oil Products Investments B.V., the sole shareholder of the Company, on November 25, 2015 and March 3, 2016 the payment of dividends on the Company's shares based on 1H 2015 results to the Company's sole shareholder was approved to the amount of 5,945,995,244 ...tenge 44 tyiyn.
Dividend per ordinary share based on 1H 2015 results makes up 594,599 ... tenge 52 tyiyn.
On June 3, 2016 the Company paid the first tranche of the dividends due for 1H 2015 to the amount of 1,810,125,600 ... tenge (equivalent to USD5,360,000 as of the payment day).
On July 4, 2016 the Company paid the second tranche of the dividends due for 1H 2015 to the amount of 1,690,200,000 ... tenge (equivalent to USD5,000,000 as of the payment day).
On August 5, 2016 the Company paid the third tranche of the dividends due for 1H 2015 to the amount of 1,760,300,000 ... tenge (equivalent to USD5,000,000 as of the payment day)".
