OREANDA-NEWS Artem Dzyuba (in the photo), the forward of the St. Petersburg football club "Zenith" was named the best player in the Russian Premier League in September. In three matches of the first month of autumn, the forward scored five goals.

The football player also was shining in matches with Tula’s Arsenal and Yekaterindurg’s Ural.  Dziuba scored once in games with Tula Arsenal (3: 1) and Yekaterinburg Ural (1: 1), and also scored a hat-trick in the confrontation with Ufa (6: 0).

RPL experts and fans voted for the Zenit forward. According to the RPL press service, Match Premier representatives gave their votes for Sochi player Christian Noboa, who scored three goals in three matches.

Spartak defender Ayrton (with two goals in three matches), Lokomotiv goalkeeper Marinato Guilherme (who scored no goals) and Rubin midfielder Khvich Kvaratskhelia (one goal in three games) also claimed the award. But Artem Dzyuba was the best this time.

By the way, Artem's football club - St. Petersburg "Zenit" - was named the best team of the last championship. Its footballers also won the Cup and Super Cup of the country. The rewards were given by the Executive Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU) that approved awards and titles for the 2019/20 football season.
