At the current Olympics, this is the sixth Russian gold and the second in artistic gymnastics. On the eve of the victory, the men's team won.

A little later, the Russian taekwondo player Vladislav Larin became the Olympic champion. Thus, the Russians now have 18 medals: seven gold, seven silver and four bronze.
