OREANDA-NEWS. The head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, spoke on his Telegram channel about Finland's desire to become a member of the NATO alliance.

He recalled that during the Great Patriotic War, 12 concentration camps were built in Finland, 90% of the prisoners in which were Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians.

“Finns, are you so tired of a peaceful, well-fed life? Do you want to build concentration camps for Russians again?” - wrote the head of the state corporation.

Earlier, the Public News Service reported that, according to US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, the new NATO strategy will also include containment of the Russian Federation.

During a ministerial meeting in Berlin, Blinken said that a new alliance strategy would be discussed and worked out in Madrid in June. The American politician stressed that the strategy will be based on "protection and deterrence." 

“And that includes defending against and deterring Russian aggression. I think this will be fully reflected in the strategic concept, ”the agency quotes the words of Anthony Blinken.

Earlier, the US Secretary of State said that the US Embassy in Kyiv would soon resume its work. According to him, some of the diplomats have already returned to Ukraine.
