OREANDA-NEWS International observers for the Russian presidential elections plan to visit at least 52-53 regions. They will receive all necessary assistance, according to the head of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova.

"They have the right to travel anywhere in the Russian Federation, and as far as I am aware, based on their desires, our international colleagues are currently planning to visit 52-53 regions as part of the international observation program," Pamfilova stated at the information center of the Central Election Commission.

The head of the CEC added that international observers will receive all the necessary support. "All of our colleagues in the regions of Russia are ready for this and will ensure full compliance with the rights of these international observers," said Pamfilova.The Federation Council has scheduled the presidential elections for March 17th, 2024.
