OREANDA-NEWS  A large Russian marketplace Ozon has announced that it will employ more than 500 convicts by the end of the year, writes TASS with reference to the company's message.

The social project "Ozon without conviction" will be attended by prisoners with a mild regime of serving their sentences. They will be employed in fulfillment centers (where goods are stored, packaged and prepared for shipment) - the tasks of prisoners will include assembling orders and processing refunds.

"Each participant of the project will receive a paid job, comfortable working conditions and the possibility of additional earnings for overtime working hours," Ozon said.
