OREANDA-NEWS The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has put on the wanted list three Ukrainian military leaders accused in absentia of shelling Donbass, follows from the departmental database of the wanted.

In July, the Investigative Committee of Russia indicted three Ukrainian military leaders in absentia, including the former commander of the airborne assault troops Yevgeny Moisyuk. They are accused of shelling the settlements of Donbass by their units, as a result of which more than 100 people were killed and wounded.

In addition to Moisyuk, charges were also brought against Igor Palagnyuk, the former commander of the operational tactical group Vostok, and Andrei Kovalchuk, the chief of the joint operational headquarters in the OOS zone.
