The staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has been increased by 4 thousand people since January 1

OREANDA-NEWS Since January 1 of this year, the maximum staffing of the department has been increased by almost 15 thousand specialists and amounts to 303,107 people.
The staff of military personnel of rescue military formations, personnel of the federal fire service of the State Fire Service, federal government civil servants, as well as employees has been added.
From January 1, 2024, the staff of these categories of personnel will be replenished by another 4 thousand specialists – as a result, the staffing of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia will amount to 307,101 units.
In this regard, paragraph 1 of Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 728 dated December 19, 2018 "On Certain Issues of the Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation", according to which the staff number was 288,565 units, became invalid.
