OREANDA-NEWS Confirmation that Apple will soon launch a new technology to find missing items in the home can be found in the updated iOS13 operating system. It is about a tiny device called the Apple Tag, which is presented in the form of a small NFC tag that the user can attach to any of the items that are most often lost and cause certain difficulties when searching for them (keys, wallet, notepad, etc.).

Noteworthy is the fact that this accessory is able to work without connecting to the Internet. It only transmits encrypted signals via wireless protocols to the nearest available Apple device for subsequent transfer to the owner’s smartphone.

As for the search for lost things in augmented reality mode, this function works only in those cases when you need to find something from the lost in the bowels of your own home. In such a situation, the Apple Tag will be attached to the iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, and if the item with the accessory is removed from the attached device, the user will receive an appropriate update. On sale, the novelty should appear in September.
