OREANDA-NEWS. Australia's the most legendary film critic, TV and radio presenter and interviewer Bill Collins, known as 'Mr. Movies', died in the morning, 21.06, at the age of 84. He was surrounded by his family and his lovers and died peacefully in his sleep. 


He was an English professor but his love of filmmaking made him to start writing film reviews in an early 1960.  Bill lived with the passion for cinematography and Hollywood. His 55 years career was not in vain or unselessly. The whole generation was taught to understand movies by him. 

His family will arrange a private funeral for a few days.
