OREANDA-NEWS. This conclusion was reached by the analysts of the agency «AUTOSTAT» as a result of comparison of the markets of new and used cars in our country for the four months of 2017. In this case, in different subjects of the Russian Federation, this ratio can be radically different.
Thus, the largest share of the market of new cars was registered in Moscow (40%). In other words, in the capital, the secondary market is only 1.5 times more than the primary market. In Tatarstan and St. Petersburg, residents buy second-hand cars twice as often as new ones.
