KAMAZ has completely switched over to the usage of LUKOIL lubricants at its production facilities
OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ PTC (part of Rostec State Corporation) has completely switched over to the usage of LUKOIL lubricants at its production facilities, based on the outcome of industrial tests conducted more than six months ago.
LUKOIL Lubricant Company increased the volume of branded industrial lubricants delivered to KAMAZ enterprises. These are LUKOIL GEYSER hydraulic oils and LUKOIL ASSISTO hardening oils. According to Sergey Kogogin, Director General of KAMAZ PTC, this changeover is caused by modernization of equipment, which involves more stringent requirements for spare parts and consumables. "It is gratifying that the domestic manufacturer – LUKOIL – provides us with lubricants that meet international quality standards," said the head of KAMAZ.
"We have been supplying KAMAZ with lubricants for the first filling since 2007. In addition, our company customized oils for Russia's leading truck producer KAMAZ, and since 2013 we've been producing KAMAZ branded oils at our production sites," said Vladimir Nekrasov, First Vice President of PJSC LUKOIL. "There are opportunities to expand mutually beneficial cooperation, so we are trying to put them into practice to the full extent."
