OREANDA-NEWS   The analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" within the preparation of the project "AUTOSTAT OMNIBUS - 2016. New cars: opinions of car owners" conducted an assessment of the satisfaction with the service at the dealer service centers among the brands.

This study was conducted through online and telephone survey in December of 2016, which was attended by more than 3000 car owners of different brands (at least 100 questionnaires for the brand).

According to the results of the study, Lexus has the largest satisfaction index with the service in the dealer center, according to car owners, which received 84.1 points of 100 possible. At the same time, this indicator is based on 10 different criteria, thanks to which the Japanese premium brand has an advantage over its competitors.

In the top three there are two more brands from Japan - Suzuki (80.6 points) and Toyota (80.2 points). Outside of the top, there are Hyundai and Volvo, which have the same results (79.5 points each). Then, by Land Rover (78.5 points), Mercedes-Benz (78.2 points) and BMW (78 points) follow with comparable indicators. TOP-10 by the satisfaction with the service in the dealer center is closed by Mazda (77.6 points) and Audi (77.4 points).
