OREANDA-NEWS. Suzuki has sold 293 thousand cars since its introduction on the Russian market in 1998. The main asset of the company is a strong dealer network, currently consisting of 52 dealer centers throughout Russia, reports the press service of Suzuki Motor Rus.

At the same time, some Suzuki dealers have been already working with the company for 20 years. A special priority for Suzuki is to improve the level of service and the stable operation of the dealer network. As previously reported "AUTOSTAT", in 2018, Suzuki plans to increase car sales in Russia by 20-30% compared to last year, when 5 thousand cars were sold.

The main novelty of Suzuki in the Russian market this year will be the restyled crossover Vitara. In addition, in our country there may be several special versions timed to the anniversary dates - 30 years of the Vitara cross-over, 20 years of Suzuki's presence in Russia, 20 years of Jimny SUV. Compact SUV Suzuki Jimny of new generation, the world premiere of which is expected this year, will also appear on the Russian market, but the timing has not been determined yet.
